Uber is seeking a Product Operations Manager in Amsterdam to own the Earner Engagement charter on the supply side, turning strategy into daily products earners feel every day. You’ll lead end-to-end rollouts like Project Motivate, use AI/LLM tooling to frame questions and pull data, and deliver defensible insights quickly while coordinating the MTM supply-health rhythm with Product, Engineering, and Operations. The role requires 3-5 years in product operations or a similar analytically minded role, AI fluency with real workflow use, strong data judgment, user centricity, and comfort in ambiguity; preferred: two-sided marketplace or incentives experience and global or regulatory exposure. Tips for applying: share concrete AI-driven analyses and measurable outcomes, highlight end-to-end ownership and cross-functional impact, and note your readiness to work in Amsterdam 50 percent in office.
Earners — drivers and couriers — make thousands of small decisions every day: when to go online, which trips to take, where to reposition, whether to stay on for one more. The Earner Engagement charter builds the products that make those decisions easier and more rewarding, so earners stay engaged, productive, and want to keep earning on Uber. We're hiring a Product Operations Manager in Amsterdam to own this charter on the supply side and turn strategy into products earners feel every day.
This role is for an operator who is genuinely AI-native. The job isn't to hand-write queries or grind dashboards — it's to use AI to move faster than the problem: pull and analyze data, synthesize messy market signals, and get to a defensible answer in hours, not weeks. You'll also help run the operating model between Product/Engineering and Operations for supply health globally, so the org sees market deterioration early and acts on it.
Ready to Ride?
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
