Job Title: Product Operations Manager
Reporting To: Product Domain Director
Location: Bournemouth
Job Type: Full Time
Our Purpose
As a current market leader, Nourish Care provides a digital solution to the health and social care sector which enhances the process of recording, analysing and sharing information.

We are dedicated to our purpose of a better life for everyone. We continue to revolutionise the care sector and our incredible employees are what make this possible.
About the Job
As Product Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the operational backbone of the Product function, spanning analytics, tooling, process and feedback, so that Product teams can execute on data and repeatable practice rather than ad hoc effort and tribal knowledge. You will report into the Product Domain Director and work closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers, as well as partners across Revenue, Technology and Product Marketing.
This is a role about making sure Product's roadmap can actually be delivered, measured and trusted. You will own our product analytics stack, build the frameworks that turn usage data into decisions, and keep the operational rhythm of the Product org running on a predictable, well owned cadence rather than depending on individual Product Managers to organise it.
The role and your responsibilities
Own product analytics tooling, including Pendo, ensuring accurate event tracking, tagging standards and data governance across product lines
Provide Product teams with clear tracking frameworks and self serve insight to measure adoption and outcomes, informing prioritisation, discovery and roadmap decisions
Enable quarterly and long term planning through structured data, insight and effective tooling
Support Product teams in tracking metrics such as release quality, feature adoption and engagement
Build the methodology and tooling to track and report the real impact Nourish products create for customers, giving Product and the wider business a consistent way to evidence outcomes rather than just usage
Administer and optimise the tools Product relies on, including Pendo, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint, keeping workflows consistent and scalable
Maintain the recurring rhythm of the Product org, from team meetings to quarterly goal reviews
Manage onboarding resources, documenting the tools, data sources, processes and key contacts new joiners need
Build relationships with vendor account managers to get the most from the tools we use
Own the rollout and adoption of the Nourish Product Brain, our internal AI powered shared context tool, across Product, Design, Engineering and clinical teams
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate or improve recurring Product workflows, without taking on the operational execution yourself
Own clear, version controlled process documentation, templates and frameworks that keep quality and consistency across Product teams
Work with Product and other operational partners to remove ambiguity in roles and responsibilities, for example shaping an integrated release readiness process
Centralise, structure and synthesise feedback from in platform signals, beta programmes, NPS and internal teams
Maintain a prioritisation ready feedback engine that surfaces insight on adoption, retention, user experience and satisfaction
Required experience
3 to 5 years' experience in a Product Operations, Business Operations, Product Analyst or closely related role within a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrable experience owning or significantly contributing to the design and rollout of operational processes or tooling improvements that other teams actually adopted
Experience working directly with Product Managers or within a product organisation, strongly preferred
Exposure to feedback management, voice of the customer programmes, or product analytics in a commercial context
Comfort with ambiguity and pace, ideally gained in a scale up or growth stage environment where the operating model was still being built rather than inherited fully formed
Key Performance Indicators:
Delivery of a first working impact measurement methodology, giving a repeatable way to evidence the outcomes our products create for customers, beyond usage alone
Increasing adoption of the Nourish Product Brain, kept current and genuinely used day to day across Product, Design, Engineering and clinical teams
A predictable, clearly owned cadence for the Product org's recurring rhythm, including team meetings, quarterly goal reviews and planning cycles
