Job OverviewThe Product Team Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the coordination and execution of product development projects from conception through launch. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that products meet market needs and align with Entangle's strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination: Manage project timelines, track and manage progress, timelines and roadmap items dependencies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between product development, UX, marketing, BD, and customer support teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development.Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.Product Launch Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of product launch plans, coordinating with relevant teams for successful rollouts.Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance post-launch and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, product performance metrics, and team productivity for senior management. Utilize data analytics tools to present findings clearly and effectively.Administration: Maintain organized records of project documentation, meeting notes, and correspondence. Schedule team meetings and manage calendars for the product team to ensure efficient workflow.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Design, or a related field.2+ years of experience in product coordination or project management within a tech or startup environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration across teams.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Miro) and Google Docs Suite.Knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts is a plus.
