World Wide Technology is hiring a Production Associate (Cabling) for full-time onsite work in Oude Meer, Netherlands. The role focuses on basic structured server cabling, applying technical documents, performing quality checks, hardware installation, packaging, labeling and inventory management to support production. You will help with orders, shipping and warehousing and troubleshoot installations while ensuring power cord routing meets standards. Expect standing most of the day, frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 23 kg. Ideal candidates have hands-on cabling experience, strong attention to detail, good listening and communication, and solid time management. Only applicants legally authorized to work in the Netherlands will be considered; visa sponsorship is not available. World Wide Technology, EMEA. has an very exciting opportunity available for a Production Associate to join our friendly team based in the EIC Netherlands.

 

Production Associates perform entry/basic level tasks related to processing product in the integration center. Responsibilities include testing, inspection, basic installations, pre-integration, inventory, and refurbishing where applicable. Production associates will need to validate the physical and systematic processing of material while being able to record quality transactions representing work. This position reports to a Production Supervisor.                                    

 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on cabling, with previous hands-on experience in basic structured Server/Rack cabling required.
  • Inspect and identify product for accuracy and defects
  • Follow general instructions and technical documents to execute assigned tasks related to the product on hand
  • Perform quality checks on assigned product and tasks
  • Perform hardware installation and/or assembly per customer requirements
  • Complete physical audit of equipment and accessories
  • Perform packaging and labeling based on customer requirements
  • Update physical and/or systematic location and order status in WWT internal systems
  • Troubleshoot installation of hardware
  • Has basic knowledge of AC and/or DC Power - Where Applicable
  • Package and stage equipment physically where applicable
  • Route and manage power cords to WWT standards where applicable
