Adidas is seeking a Production Associate I in Indianapolis to support the production line by loading and unloading machines, assembling materials, inspecting finished goods, and using RF scanners with a warehouse management system to track barcoded products. The role requires operating manual or powered equipment, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and collaborating with teammates to meet production deadlines, with flexibility to train in multiple areas and help onboard new hires. A high school diploma or GED, basic computer and math skills, the ability to read and distinguish colors, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime are preferred. Purpose: Performs a combination of production tasks including loading/unloading manual or powered machinery, positioning work, setting up and tearing down jobs, and adjusting and operating machinery.
