Due to continued growth at our Mackay site, we’re seeking a Production Coordinator to drive planning, manage WIP, and keep operations running efficiently.

About Your Role:

As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in aligning materials, resources, and schedules with forecasted work—reducing delays, improving delivery timelines, and supporting a high-performing workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Coordinate production schedules and planning
  • Monitor and manage WIP to reduce bottlenecks and delays
  • Ensure materials and resources are aligned with demand
  • Work closely with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams
  • Provide insights and reporting to support smarter, proactive decisions

About You:
 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning role within a workshop or heavy industry environment 
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP or ERP experience (highly regarded)
  • Solutions-focused, adaptable, and proactive

Qualifications:
 

  • Engineering or Trade Qualifications will be highly regarded
