TE Connectivity is recruiting a Production Operator II on a two-year fixed-term contract in Swindon to support wire and cable manufacturing. The role involves working within the Manufacturing/Production teams to process materials, perform changeovers and setups, carry out quality checks and accurately document results, maintain housekeeping, and follow EH&S procedures. It features a two-week rotating shift pattern with a 20% shift allowance. TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. Production Operator Wire & Cable
Swindon Shift Position:
- Week 1 Mon to Thurs 6am to 2pm and Friday 6am-12pm
- Week 2 Mon to Thurs 2pm to 10pm and Friday 12pm-6pm
Shift Allowance: 20%
- The ability to read and follow work instructions/ methods, manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
- An ability to conduct effective handovers to maintain workflow.
- Experience of working with Quality Management and Quality Productivity Systems.
