TE Connectivity is hiring a Production Operator II on a two-year fixed term contract in Swindon to support wire and cable production, changeovers, quality checks and documentation within Lean Manufacturing and EH&S guidelines. The role requires following work instructions, maintaining clean, organized work areas, and raising any deviations promptly, with a shift pattern rotating between early and late weeks and a 20% shift allowance. TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Swindon Shift Position:
- Week 1 Mon to Thurs 6am to 2pm and Friday 6am-12pm
- Week 2 Mon to Thurs 2pm to 10pm and Friday 12pm-6pm
Shift Allowance: 20%
- The ability to read and follow work instructions/ methods, manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
