The job involves fixing equipment issues, reading blueprints to position and secure machinery, addressing calibration and failure events, and reporting them promptly, performing changeovers and setups per the schedule and escalating blockers that threaten delivery. You will monitor quality against standards, document any variations, and contribute to an efficient operation. Typically one to two years of related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
