TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator II in Swindon to support wire and cable manufacturing on a lean, quality focused floor. You’ll perform changeovers and setups, carry out quality checks and document results, maintain housekeeping, and follow EH&S policies while ensuring schedule adherence. The role operates on a two week rotating shift with a 20% allowance, and requires you to read and follow instructions, complete handovers, and stay mindful of waste. Candidates should have experience with Quality Management and Productivity Systems, strong numeracy and literacy, a methodical mindset, basic IT skills, and a collaborative, flexible attitude. Production Operator Wire & Cable
Swindon Shift Position:
- Week 1 Mon to Thurs 6am to 2pm and Friday 6am-12pm
- Week 2 Mon to Thurs 2pm to 10pm and Friday 12pm-6pm
Shift Allowance: 20%
- The ability to read and follow work instructions/ methods, manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
- An ability to conduct effective handovers to maintain workflow.
- Experience of working with Quality Management and Quality Productivity Systems.
