TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator II in Swindon to join its manufacturing team, turning raw materials into finished wire and cable and managing changeovers, setups, quality checks and documentation while maintaining housekeeping and following EH&S policies. The role follows a rotating two week shift with a 20 percent allowance and requires reading and following work instructions, coordinating handovers, reporting deviations, and taking part in relevant training. Production Operator Wire & Cable
Swindon Shift Position:
- Week 1 Mon to Thurs 6am to 2pm and Friday 6am-12pm
- Week 2 Mon to Thurs 2pm to 10pm and Friday 12pm-6pm
Shift Allowance: 20%
- The ability to read and follow work instructions/ methods, manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
