TE Connectivity is hiring a Production Operator II for weekend days in Swindon to turn raw materials into finished wire and cable products, run changeovers and setups, perform quality checks, and document results while keeping a clean, organized workspace and following EH&S policies. The shift is 06:00–18:00 Friday through Sunday onsite. You’ll operate within Lean Manufacturing, quality and safety standards, follow the production schedule, notify supervision of issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. Typically 1–2 years’ related experience with a high school diploma. This role requires the person to work weekend days 06.00 - 18.00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
