The role turns raw materials into finished wire and cable products, handles changeovers and setups, conducts quality checks and records results, and follows EH&S policies. You will operate within Lean Manufacturing, follow the production schedule, report issues promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement. TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
This role requires the person to work weekend days 06.00 - 18.00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
