TE Connectivity is hiring a Production Operator III on third shift in Mansfield, OH to assemble solder and test relays and contactors, perform tests, read blueprints and test specifications, and troubleshoot to meet FTP and ATP standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ITAR eligibility, blueprint reading skills, and proficient use of measuring tools and soldering equipment; Soldering certifications per OP 1701 and 1704, ESD training OP 1707, and J-STD-001 IPC-620 are expected, with a first-attempt tester certification if not yet certified. If an individual is not certified as a tester but is awarded the bid because there are no other fully qualified bidders, they must pass the tester certification class on their first attempt. Failure to pass the tester certification class on the first attempt will result in disqualification.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,824 – $51,521 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
