TE Connectivity seeks a Production Cell Supervisor on the second shift (2 pm to 11 pm) in Grayslake, IL, to lead multiple Cell Leads and keep production on schedule by prioritizing daily orders and coordinating with cells for expediting shipments or inventory; ensure TAKT times, BOM and route adherence, and quality. Requirements include a high school diploma, 3 to 5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, the ability to read English documents such as blueprints and SOPs, Lean and continuous improvement experience, and ERP familiarity (Business Central or SAP); CNC machining and mechanical assembly knowledge are preferred, along with strong communication and intermediate Excel skills. COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $76,400 – $95,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
