What You’ll Be Doing

We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to become part of our expanding business based in Mount Druitt. With multiple opportunities available, we are hiring across both Day and Afternoon shifts, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

In this multifaceted production role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop across a range of functions, including raw materials handling, machine operation, and storage activities. You’ll play a key role in upholding our commitment to Safety and Quality, helping to set the standard across the site. Success in this role will be driven by a proactive, solutions-focused approach, underpinned by a strong “can-do” mindset, which is essential in delivering consistent results and fostering a positive team environment.

  • Batching of raw materials
  • Operation of machinery
  • Manual handling and lifting
  • Warehousing duties
