Job Description

Due to a recent departure, we are seeking a Production Technician to support the production and testing of our manufactured products. 

You will have diverse duties including formulating reagents, dispensing and testing of final products.  Some tasks will involve sterile techniques and working in a clean room facility.  All production processes are conducted under strict GMP guidelines.

To Be considered you will have

  • A BSc or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • 2-3 years’ experience in diagnostics, medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • An in-depth knowledge of GMP guidelines
  • Experience in a GMP/ISO 13485e manufacturing environment and in clean rooms.
  • You will be a team player and have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. 
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Suite etc)
  • Technical Writing skills (SOP’s and BPSs)
  • Strong critical thinking and Trouble Shooting skills
  • Manufacturing and Testing Machinery Operations (Desirable
  • Elisa Testing (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of SAP and a Forklift Licence (Desirable)
