Bombardier is seeking a Professional, Project Engineering for Research and Technology Digital Transformation to join an onsite team in Dorval with hybrid options. You will manage strategic technology projects, support engineering planning for digital transformation, solve problems across disciplines, liaise with partners and suppliers, and provide management with progress visibility. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, has 5 to 8 years in aerospace with project engineering or PM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. What are your contributions to the team?
- Collaborate in the project management of a strategic technology projects
- Support planning of engineering activities of a Digital transformation project
- Support problem-solving for all program and engineering disciplines
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and adhere to plans for each development milestone
- Liaise with partners, collaborators and suppliers
- Provide visibility to management as needed.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor’s degree engineering.
- Digital transformation experience is an asset
- You have 5-8 years of experience in aerospace industry, project engineering experience is an asset.
- You have experience and/or skills in Project Management
- You are autonomous, results-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics.
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You can manage multiple projects.
- You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
- You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint.
