Bombardier is seeking a Professional Senior, Engineering - Avionics Systems to lead avionics integration across current and new aircraft programs, including Aftermarket and Defense. Define and manage system requirements, coordinate with suppliers and disciplines, oversee AFCS, communications, navigation, displays, IMS and cabin connectivity integration, review test results, support ARP4754 verification and validations, manage supplier deliverables, and liaise with cert authorities while contributing to software customization for crew alerting in an IMA environment. Required: degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software or Aerospace Engineering; 8+ years avionics integration; strong DO-178/DO-160/DO-254, ARP4754 and IMA knowledge; excellent communication and teamwork. Hybrid work schedule requires two days per week in the Toronto office. Base salary CAD 125k–150k plus benefits. This position has a hybrid work schedule and requires mandatory 2 days per week in the Bombardier office in Toronto.
The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $125,000 to CAD $150,000 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
