As Program Delivery Manager, Execution & Enablement, you'll lead the delivery of strategic initiatives in partnership with Operational Business Units across Customer Care & Recovery, helping improve customer outcomes, operational performance and business priorities. You'll own program execution end-to-end, making sure work lands on time, in scope and on budget across a highly matrixed stakeholder group spanning multiple business units and levels of seniority.
You'll drive program delivery, prioritisation, governance, resource planning and risk management, while maintaining visibility across multiple initiatives. You'll also help shape portfolio priorities, strengthen delivery practices and support continuous improvement across the function. This includes working closely with senior management to keep program objectives aligned to agreed strategic priorities.
