Emerson is seeking a Program Manager 2 in Dubai onsite to own skid project delivery within the PMO for the Pressure Management portfolio, from bid clarification to cash collection. You will lead planning and execution, coordinate with vendors and factories, manage the critical path, oversee FAT and MRO handoffs, and ensure timely compliant documentation and closeout. Relationship management is vital, including internal and external stakeholders, kickoff and pre inspection meetings, and regular customer updates on milestones. Strong contract and financial discipline is essential, with experience in change orders, cost control, margins, and bank guarantees or letters of credit. Apply with a bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in oil and gas skid programs, PMP preferred; highlight multi site, multi country leadership with quantified results.

The Project Manager has the overall responsibility and authority for the implementation and execution of Customer projects. He / She is responsible for the entire process from Bid /Quote clarification phase until cash collection. This includes having a complete understanding of the project scope and requirements while also having ownership for timely delivery and profitability.
