Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that effectively address continuous improvement and product area success by identifying areas to accelerate, change course, cancel, or scale effectiveness of programs.
  • Support organizational leaders with communication, effectively manage forums such as all-hands and staff meetings and other product area publications.
  • Support the preparation and materials for external and internal meetings including creating decks, understanding technical specs and facilitating mutual understanding of needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of executive cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
  • Identify opportunities and drive execution to increase organizational effectiveness and operational excellence in the silicon chip product area, on topics such as hiring velocity, site expansion, team culture, organizational capability and meeting optimization.
