Job Description

Role Summary

As Program Manager Retail Media Ads (IC4), you will sit within the Regional Retail Media Partnerships team and act as the connective tissue between strategy, sales, product, and local markets. Your mission is to enable scale, turning retail media strategy into clear, compelling, and executable programs that unlock advertiser demand across the region.

This is a highly visible role that blends program management, commercial enablement, and creativity, with a strong focus on Go To Market excellence and storytelling.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Own Retail Media enablement programs end to end, ensuring markets and partners are equipped to sell, pitch, and activate our ad solutions effectively.

  • Lead Go To Market planning for new retail media products, formats, and seasonal moments in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Develop and continuously evolve best in class pitch decks, sales narratives, and value propositions tailored to CPG brands, agencies, and suppliers.

  • Drive B2B communications across the region including toolkits, launch packs, newsletters, internal updates, and playbooks.

  • Translate complex product and data capabilities into simple, compelling stories that resonate with external partners.

  • Act as a central point of coordination between regional strategy and local execution, ensuring consistency while allowing market level flexibility.

  • Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using insights to iterate and improve.

  • Support strategic initiatives such as agency programs, industry vertical plays, and large regional partnerships.

  • Bring fresh ideas to how we package, position, and commercialize retail media. Creativity is not optional.

What Did We Order?

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, commercial enablement, product marketing, or retail media and ad tech.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, retail media, or marketplace ecosystems. CPG experience is a plus.

  • Proven ability to build Go To Market plans and sales enablement materials that drive commercial impact.

  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to make data and products sell.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel.

  • A creative thinker who enjoys shaping narratives, not just executing tasks.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across regional and local teams.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and turning ideas into action.
