DEPT® is seeking a senior Programme Director to lead delivery across Logitech’s global, multi‑channel marketing, tech, data and AI ecosystem, coordinating a worldwide team of senior PMs and delivering a single, cohesive agency experience. The role foregrounds account governance, delivery alignment and an efficiency roadmap across Creative, Media, AEO, Strategy and Analytics, with strong emphasis on cross‑workstream timing plans, a clear RASCI, and proactive risk management. You’ll partner with the Global Client Partner and Group Account Director to keep stakeholders aligned, manage scoping, forecasting and change control, and ensure one‑DEPT® delivery. In application, highlight cross‑disciplinary leadership, navigating ambiguity, stakeholder influence, governance, tooling and AI adoption, and a commitment to DEPT’s values and DEI.

JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for a senior, highly versatile Programme Director to lead delivery across a complex, multi-channel marketing, tech, data & AI ecosystem for one of our global clients; Logitech. This person will drive alignment, shape delivery plans, and ensure we operate as one integrated team for the client.
The Programme Director will lead a global team of sr. project managers across both workstreams and business groups (BGs), and as such act as the connective tissue between multiple departments, providing senior-level orchestration, integrated programme plans, and consistent communication across all workstreams. They must be confident in navigating media in particular and connecting this to initiatives across a broad set of disciplines, ensuring seamless delivery.
This is a client-facing role, working in partnership with the Global Client Partner and Group Account Director to give the client a unified, joined-up agency experience.
