Programme Specialist

Fixed Term -ends September 2027
Location: Auckland or Christchurch

We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Programme Specialist to join our Auditing Services team at AsureQuality. This 12-month fixed-term role is to cover parental leave and plays a crucial part in upholding New Zealand’s reputation for quality, compliance, and biosecurity.

About the Role

As a Programme Specialist, you’ll provide key coordination and support across our GLOBALG.A.P /NZG.A.P teams. This is a varied role where your responsibilities will include:

  • Programme management
  • Managing and updating databases
  • Liaising with customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying and supporting process improvements
  • Providing assistance to other programmes when required

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience using auditing systems
  • Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality, compliance, or technical roles
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to interpret procedures and manage multiple systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation, and a solutions-driven approach
  • Industry experience in horticulture, with knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P. programmes, would be an advantage.
