CMC, a privately owned Australian Tier 2 civil contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support on-site teams across Queensland and NSW from its Eagle Farm head office. You will manage reporting, timesheets, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, travel bookings and end of month tasks, plus data entry, filing, correspondence, registers and general admin while travelling to projects as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months PO and invoice experience, on-site project delivery exposure, strong MS Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a Diploma or Cert IV in Business Administration preferred. About the role
Based from our Head Office in Eagle Farm QLD., this unique role will require frequent travel to our projects located throughout QLD and NSW where you will support the onsite project administration teams with the day to day administrative tasks during periods of high demand. These tasks will include reporting, timesheets, purchase orders, reconciling invoices, travel bookings and end of month functions as well as;
