Summary

The Project Analyst supports the Fit for Growth and ERP-related transformation programs by maintaining project documentation, supporting planning and governance activities, conducting feasibility and data analyses, and enabling accurate, timely reporting. The role ensures project deliverables, schedules, KPIs, and financial controls are consistently managed, while fostering alignment across global, cross-functional teams.

Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment.  Beginning May 4, Associates are required to come to the office a minimum of 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support full project lifecycle activities including planning, documentation management, issue logging, and status reporting.
• Maintain centralized project documentation libraries, templates, schedules, and deliverables for transformation programs.
• Track KPIs, milestones, resource plans, and timelines; produce dashboards and insights to optimize performance.
• Analyze financials, feasibility assessments, risks, assumptions, and dependencies to support informed decision‑making.
• Support vendor coordination including RFPs, SOWs, contracts, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and global teams to define objectives, resolve issues, and align deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and shortfalls; escalate and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly status reports, executive‑ready materials, and documentation for gate reviews and audits.

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
  • Maintain and analyze data using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies, including those related to ADA, data privacy, and ethics.
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive information.

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

  • Experience in project or program coordination within crossfunctional or global environments.
  • Experience supporting transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale enterprise projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Planview, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence without direct authority.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred.
    Experience with feasibility assessments, benefits tracking, or vendor management.
    Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA.

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000 - $92,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.​
  • This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
