Job Description

As a Project Buyer at NTS Eindhoven, you are the procurement specialist in our (customer) projects. At the same time, you ensure that this knowledge and expertise are sustainably embedded within the business unit.

Your responsibilities also include:

  • Selecting and releasing suppliers based on customer requirements and relevant commodity strategies;

  • Negotiating project packages (QLTC-wide) and monitoring the CPR roadmap;

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies in collaboration with Commodity Buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers;

  • Ensuring timely availability of materials by placing and following up on orders in projects;

  • Optimizing procurement costs according to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and proactive procurement professional with the following background:

  • HBO-level of education, preferably in the field of Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar procurement role, including demonstrable knowledge of the machining commodity;

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude to continuously improve processes;

  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Navision) and affinity with ICT tools;

  • Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Your benefits

At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions for complex challenges.
You will have the freedom and trust to fully utilize and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest in both technology and in you as a future colleague!

With this challenge, we offer the following benefits:

  • Salary ranging from €5,000 to €7,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;

  • Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time position;

  • Personal development and growth opportunities, for example through training and education;

  • Remote work policy: 1 day of remote work per week with a net allowance of €2.40 per day;

  • Yearly budget of €150 gross to spend freely, usable for vitality, bike plan, or gym via the Alleo app;

  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs;
