We are seeking experienced Contract Managers to join our team and play a key role on the Sector One North European Train Control System project, known as S1N. The S1N project includes field strategy and delivery activities connected with ETCS, installation, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams, with a focus on Quality, Delivery, Cost, and EHS outcomes. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.
Your role, your impact
This is an opportunity for commercially astute contract professionals to work at the heart of a complex rail systems project, partnering closely with the Project Director, core project team, customer-facing stakeholders, legal, procurement, planning, finance, insurance, and subcontractor interfaces.
As an experienced Contract Manager, you will lead proactive contract, claims, insurance, correspondence, variation and risk management activities across the project lifecycle. You will help protect Alstom’s commercial position, support robust decision-making, and ensure the project team understands and acts in line with contractual obligations. You will be a trusted partner to the project leadership team, bringing structure, discipline and commercial clarity to a fast-moving delivery environment.
