Project Coordinator

Purpose

Pure is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Global Value Management (GVM) team. This role provides the coordination and administrative backbone that enables GVM initiatives to run smoothly and consistently.

You will support the planning and execution of GVM activities, with a focus on sales workshop coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting and logistics. Working closely with GVM team members, sales leadership and cross-functional partners, you will ensure activities are well prepared, clearly communicated and followed through to completion.

This is an execution-focused role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Workshop Coordination: Coordinate the execution of remote sales workshops, including scheduling and stakeholder alignment, preparing required materials in advance, managing pre and post workshop communications, and capturing actions while tracking follow through to ensure continued momentum.
  • Research & Preparation: Execute customer research using established tools and processes, delivering clearly structured outputs that support workshop preparation and broader GVM initiatives.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communications: Produce monthly team reporting with clear, structured updates for senior stakeholders and contribute to internal communications and progress updates across the team.
  • Planning & Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics for internal GVM sessions while tracking actions, milestones and dependencies across initiatives to ensure consistent and predictable execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a coordination, ops or administrative role, ideally supporting cross functional or sales facing teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and reliable follow through on commitments.
  • Confidence working with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office 2 days per week and the London office 2 days per week.
