Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Project Cost Controller Manager to lead cost control and performance management across Defence programmes in a hybrid London role. You will implement and maintain cost control systems, develop a robust PMB with the Integrated Project Team, create CBS aligned to the WBS, and deliver accruals and Earned Value analyses to inform decision making. Requirements include proven cost control experience in large infrastructure or Defence programmes, solid budgeting, forecasting and EVM knowledge, and the ability to build trusted client relationships; advanced Excel and cost tool proficiency (ECOSYS, PRISM, COBRA); eligibility for UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) or higher, sole British National with UK passport, driving licence, and willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
