Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and performance metrics
  • Support risk management processes by identifying, documenting, and monitoring project risks
  • Facilitate project meetings and assist in the creation of presentation materials
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Assist in the development and implementation of PMO best practices and methodologies
  • Support resource allocation and capacity planning activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools

Qualifications

What you should bring:

  • Family Book is a MUST have for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • No experience required but strong interest in projects management/administration.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira is a plus.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
