Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and supervise bridge maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the overall bridge maintenance project and site activities.
• Planning and monitoring project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Managing engineers, supervisors, technicians, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinating with the client, consultant, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitoring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Managing bridge maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, structural, concrete, painting, and other related works.
• Resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Preparing and reviewing project progress reports and documentation.
• Ensuring timely completion and handover of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of  experience.
• Strong experience in Bridge Maintenance and/or Bridge Construction.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager on bridge/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) bridge projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE bridge and road infrastructure works.
• Experience dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Arabic speaker is highly preferred.
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
• Must own a car.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
