Position Title: Project Manager
Reporting Line: Project Management Manager
Position Purpose:
Planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of HCM, Payroll and Time related projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. Project Managers must follow ADP’s defined project methodology and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the ADP Project Management Methodology in liaison with the Team Manager.

Contribute to ongoing improvement cycle of implementation process and ensure it is aligned with global best practices; and utilises clear standards and templates.

Ensures the successful implementation of projects leading a team of associates, providing leadership and serving as primary, project level liaison for clients
- Ability to manage multiple client / country projects concurrently.

Manages the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines and budget.

Create and manage project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Ability to manage and lead a team of people for the purposes of achieving project outcomes.
- Assess and manage issues and risks and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.

Effectively communicates relevant project status updates to Project resources, Team Manager and Resource Manager.

Facilitates communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction.

Ensuring project documentation is released in accordance with ADP Quality and Security standards and ensuring project team is adhering to these requirements.

Track team hours and approve accordingly through the use of the PlanView project tool to ensure utilisation is appropriate to project needs.

Ensure billing activity completed and communicated to the Senior Project Director, Implementation as directed by the contract agreement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GPMO methodology updates.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ADP MNC Service Offerings, Solutions, and relevant templates, ensuring services delivered meet the template guidelines.
- Adherence to ADP Global Compliance and Security mandates, including completion of all directed mandatory training.
- Contribute to pre-sales support activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
Essential
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Project Management
- Planning and resource scheduling skills or experience
- Professional manner and presentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and time management skills
- Client focused and committed to providing World Class Service

Strong background in Human Capital Management, WFM and/or Payroll software/solutions

Certifications / Qualifications:
Formal Project Management qualifications is required.
