Job Description

  • Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
  • Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
  • Support design management and procurement activities.
  • Support stakeholder consultation
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
  • T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance 
  • Contract Administration & Acting as the Superintendent’s Representative to support the Superintendent;
  • Writing Minutes for all meetings;
  • Drafting PSC Reports for review by the AD or Director; and
  • Drafting Monthly Reports for review by the AD or Director

Qualifications

  • A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
  • 3 to 5 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
  • Administrative skills with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential.
  • Familiarity with Aconex advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Design Phase highly desirable.
  • Construction Contract Administration experience highly desirable.
  • Great communication skills, both written  and verbal are essential. English fluency to a native standard essential.
  • Personal links to the Townsville region is highly desirable
  • Highly motivated to deliver great outcomes to the client.
