Job description :

  1. At least 9 years of experience in Project Management

  2. At least 9 years of experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams in international ICT project environments, with a proven ability to coordinate, and align diverse team efforts to successfully deliver complex projects

  3. At least 9 years of experience presenting complex ICT project plans, progress reports, and outcomes in English to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and cross-functional teams

  4. Managed minimum 5 end to end projects involving Commercial-off-the-Shelf software deployments, Cloud deployment, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external parties.

  5. A minimum of 5 years of experience in working in an international environment and/or 2 years in EU institutions or bodies

  6. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably in a public/government environment.

  7. A minimum of 5 years of experience in standard project management tools such as MS Project

Requirements

Job responsibilities :

  1. Good knowledge of planning and estimation techniques

  2. Good knowledge of MS office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule visuals.

  3. Good knowledge of structured approach to incremental software integration projects working with system integrators, e.g. with an example of a service integration with a third party service provider

  4. Enterprise service bus integration with internal and external services:

  5. Good knowledge of infrastructure projects, i.e. projects with a scope to deliver (virtual) infrastructure, connectivity and environments

Mandatory:

  1. Certification: PM Certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, PM2 Certified or similar

Desirable:

  1. Good knowledge of Public IT procurement, (EU) tendering processes and contract management throughout project lifecycles
