ELCA Group is seeking a Project Manager Data AI to partner with colleagues and customers to deliver business value through Data AI solutions, coordinating local architects and engineers with offshore teams, and shaping winning offers with Sales and the Data AI Architect. In this role

As a Project Manager Data AI, you will collaborate with ELCA colleagues and customers to deliver business value using cutting edge Data AI solutions. You will work with local architects and engineers as well as engineers from our offshore delivery centers. At the customer, you communicate with different target audiences (Business and IT) and build relationships at different levels. You also collaborate with Sales and the Data AI Architect to shape winning offers. The position requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as solid Data AI expertise across different technologies.

About your profile

  • Master's degree at university level (ETH/EPFL or equivalent).
  • At least 8 years of experience delivering Data AI solutions using Azure, AWS, Databricks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • You know and master the differences between project management for data projects versus custom software development or system integration.
  • Prior consulting experience in Romandie is preferred.
  • Business knowledge or domain expertise in one of ELCA's key industries is an advantage, such as Banking, Health Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing and Energy, Transportation and Logistics, or Public.
  • Fluent French and English are mandatory; basic German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to clients in Romandie two days per week.
