CPKC is seeking a Project Manager Facilities in Winnipeg to lead all facets of project management for leased and owned sites in the region, with 60–70% travel across North America. You will design and deliver projects on time and within budget, manage multi-year budgets, schedules, and environmental, safety and compliance, and coordinate contracts, subcontractors and utility works from concept to delivery. Requirements include a degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent, five plus years of construction and project leadership, PMP is a plus, and strong skills in MS Office, Project, Excel, SAP, Revit and AutoCAD. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As the Project Manager Facilities, you will lead all aspects of the Project Management services to the various entities and subsidiaries for CPKC in an assigned region, for all leased and owned sites. The successful candidate will develop and deliver the overall design of the project and to supervise and update budgets and schedules throughout the course of a project to ensure that it is completed on time and within budgets established and approved.

Management Conductor Program
