Job Description
Are you passionate about using digital technologies and automation to create smarter and more efficient production environments? In this role, you will translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable value.
As Project Manager – Industrial Digitalization, you will manage Manufacturing IT and digitalization projects end to end — from concept and requirements definition through implementation and go-live to user adoption and operational stabilization. A key focus will be driving the digitalization and IT scope within factory investment projects (manufacturing equipment). This includes ensuring the successful integration of equipment, automation and control systems, manufacturing applications and enterprise IT, as well as supporting testing and commissioning activities such as Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT).
Your projects may cover areas such as Manufacturing Execution Systems, industrial data platforms, serialization, artificial intelligence and connected-factory solutions. You will coordinate business stakeholders, technical experts, equipment suppliers, IT teams and external implementation partners as a key connector and translator while co-managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence organization in Baden, reporting to the Team Lead Value Chain Digitalization, and collaborate closely with business leadership, IT and technical experts across our value chain.
