- Analyze operational needs and propose technical solutions adapted to the manufacturing environment.
- Lead or support technical projects by ensuring their planning, follow-up, and coordination.
- Develop and optimize work methods, operational standards, and coordination processes.
- Act as a link between shop-floor teams, support functions, and management.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable corrective actions.

- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in engineering or in a discipline relevant to the position.
- Have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, work methods, technical coordination, or project management.
