Job Description

Synopsis

Reporting to the Head of Offer, the Project Manager – Offer Management is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology projects across the Offer portfolio, including Revenue Management, Pricing, Network Planning, and Ancillaries. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while driving measurable business value.

Working within the PMO governance framework, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with commercial, distribution, and technology stakeholders, acting as the key liaison across teams and third-party partners. Given the portfolio's reliance on core airline systems, strong hands-on expertise in the Amadeus Altéa PSS ecosystem is essential.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of one or more projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
  • Drive benefits realisation and business value from project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead requirements, scoping, and solution-definition activities in partnership with business and technology teams.
  • Manage initiatives involving Amadeus Altéa PSS and adjacent offer, retailing, and distribution platforms.
  • Evaluate and address complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project communications, governance updates, and reporting.
  • Manage project scope, change control, risks, dependencies, assumptions, and issues.
  • Oversee project financials and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Provide regular project and portfolio reporting in line with PMO standards.
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and Amadeus to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including lessons learned, project closure, and benefits tracking.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technology and business transformation programmes.
  • Experience within an airline, travel technology, or aviation environment, with exposure to Revenue Management, Pricing, Network Planning, Ancillary Products, or Airline Retailing systems.
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience delivering projects within the Amadeus Altéa PSS ecosystem (Reservations, Inventory, Departure Control) and related commercial platforms.
  • Experience managing Amadeus and third-party vendors as delivery partners.
  • Knowledge of modern airline retailing concepts, including NDC, Offer & Order Management, is advantageous.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
