The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and a proven track record in complex, regulated environments such as medical devices or healthcare technology, with the ability to drive multiple projects and communicate clearly with stakeholders. As a Project Manager  Product Improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring our products remain safe, compliant, available, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle. 

 

Your tasks

 

  • Lead and coordinate product improvement and product change projects for our existing products
  • Manage product changes in accordance with change control, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Assess the impact of supplier changes, product issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Finance
  • Support the continuous improvement of post-launch engineering, product change, and sustaining engineering processes
  • Track project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives

 

Your profile

 

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field)
  • Experience working on complex engineering, product development, manufacturing, or product lifecycle projects (preferably in medical devices, healthcare technology, consumer electronics, or other regulated industries)
  • Ability to drive multiple projects forward in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English and outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
