Job Description

• Head responsibility for complex development projects, from the idea through the development phases up to product launch  
• Independent planning, controlling and monitoring of project objectives with regard to project scope, resources and budget  
• Ongoing progress monitoring with structured reporting  
• Ensuring a systematic, requirements-driven product development  
• Identification of potential risks, derivation of countermeasures and ongoing risk assessment  
• Proactive stakeholder management at all levels  
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams with lateral leadership skills

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or completion of a technical college with relevant professional experience  
• Several years of relevant professional experience in project management  
• Sound technical background  
• Strong technical and organizational problem-solving skills  
• Knowledge in requirements management is an advantage  
• Hands-on mentality  
• Ability to lead a project team laterally  
• Willingness to share knowledge with colleagues  
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style, high sense of responsibility and quality awareness  
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
