SEHA is seeking a Project Specialist in Abu Dhabi to support patient experience, executive services, CSR, and strategic initiatives. You’ll be the central point for coordinating executive support for the Chief Patient Experience Officer, managing calendars, travel, meeting prep, and action-item follow-up, while guiding cross-functional projects from CSR to VIP international patient services. The role also requires data and presentation management to deliver impactful dashboards and slides for executive reviews. 1. Executive Support & Coordination
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CPEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution.
2. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support the execution of strategic projects, including CSR initiatives, VIP and international patient services, and special assignments from the CEO’s office and Pure Health Corporate.
• Coordinate with internal departments, corporate headquarters, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of communication and alignment on priorities.
• Assist in preparing status updates, project summaries, and presentations for executive reviews.
3. Data & Presentation Management
• Compile data, prepare visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations, and create reports to support key meetings and decision-making.
• Assist in the design and creative development of communication materials, dashboards, and project proposals.

• Organize and maintain filing systems, documentation, and records related to projects, patient experience programs, and executive services.
• Support logistics for events, recognition programs, and other high-profile activities within the Patient Experience and Support Services division.
• Monitor deadlines, ensuring the CPEO is briefed and prepared for all engagements.
