Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Property Advisor in Docklands for a full-time onsite role that covers leasing, facilities and project support under the National Manager Property & Projects. You’ll manage day-to-day property activities, lease administration and budgeting, keep Progen data accurate, coordinate office facilities and support vendor management and invoicing, while building strong internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate brings solid admin experience, sharp attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, plus clear communication and vendor negotiation skills with a proactive independent style. To apply, tailor your resume to highlight project delivery, budgeting, reporting and stakeholder management, and confirm work rights and readiness for pre-employment checks.

Why Nutrien Ag Solutions?

Our team are experts in a range of different farming areas, including precision farming services, marketing livestock and wool, agricultural services, water solutions, finance, insurance, merchandise and real estate.

What You'll Do:

Join our Property team in a varied role where you’ll support a broad mix of leasing, facilities and property activities, while working closely with and reporting to the National Manager - Property & Projects.

  • Manage day-to-day property activities across leasing, facilities and project support.
  • Maintain the accuracy of Progen (property software) and support reporting across the corporate property portfolio.
  • Coordinate leasehold administration, rent reviews, lease renewals and rental payment matters.
  • Handle stakeholder enquiries and escalations while building strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
  • Coordinate Docklands office facilities, including access cards and general office support.
  • Support vendor management, invoice processing and the delivery of property projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide financial and operational support across budgeting, approvals, reporting and process improvement activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong administration background and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Exposure to property, lease or facilities work would be helpful but isn’t essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with reporting, financial data and administrative systems.
  • Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across a broad stakeholder group.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and organised approach, with sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
  • Confidence managing vendors, resolving issues and helping keep projects and service delivery on track.
  • Negotiation skills and a practical mindset when balancing commercial outcomes, business needs and competing demands.

What You'll Get:

  • A competitive remuneration and benefits package
  • Purchased leave scheme benefits.
  • An additional day of leave – Nutrien Day
  • Gender neutral parental leave policy
  • Opportunities to support community partnerships across our network.
  • Be a member of a company committed to feeding the future.
