Summerset Chirnside Park is seeking a proactive full-time Property Assistant to support the Property Manager with general property and garden maintenance, building repairs and refurbishments, landscaping, ground care, property inspections and timely safety reporting. This onsite, Monday to Friday role runs 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and focuses on keeping the village safe, beautiful and running smoothly while working closely with residents, contractors and the broader team. The ideal candidate is practical, dependable and takes initiative, with property maintenance and gardening experience, strong DIY or trade skills, a current driver's license, and good communication.
