Clarus is seeking a Property and Fleet Coordinator in Wellington to support Rockgas site maintenance and fleet operations. The role combines property coordination, contractor onboarding, and managing purchase orders and invoices with data collection for reporting, plus fleet duties such as vehicle purchases and disposals, ERoad and TORO system administration, and driver support. They want 3+ years of admin experience, ideally in facilities or fleet administration, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, PO and invoice process experience, and a customer service mindset that can juggle competing priorities.
