This full-time Property Support Officer and Administrator role is based residentially in Wickham, WA on a 5:2 roster with Sodexo, supporting a major Australian mining client’s property portfolio. You will assist the Property and Housing Managers, coordinate the centralized email, manage document control and tenant databases, handle short term transit accommodation, maintain the key register, answer reception queries, and oversee service requests with the maintenance team. The ideal candidate has proven property administration experience, solid MS Office skills, and strong organisation.
