As a Proposal Specialist, you will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales and Technical Subject Matter Experts to create compelling, high-quality proposals that help us win meaningful work.
Proposals may range from concise responses to complex submissions, and your ability to bring clarity, structure, and a strong narrative to each one will be key to your success.

A Day In The Life:

  • Leading proposal planning and execution from kickoff to submission
  • Creating and managing proposal documents, storyboards, and content development
  • Facilitating solution discussions and coordinating contributions from cross-functional teams
  • Managing timelines, responsibilities, and deadlines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions
  • Conducting gap analyses and supporting win/loss tracking and continuous improvement
  • Proofreading, editing, formatting, printing, and packaging proposals to a professional standard
  • Supporting additional initiatives and projects as needed

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of proposal management experience
  • 2+ years of business writing, proofreading, and editing experience
  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and solid working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with proposal management software (Qorus is considered an asset)
  • APMP certification (CF APMP, CP APMP, or CPP APMP) or active pursuit of certification is preferred
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required
