Job Purpose

ProSolutions Pump Sales Representatives are responsible for maximizing financial performance within their assigned territory by expanding rental and sales of pumping equipment and related products. This consultative, sales role focuses on providing customers with process pumping and liquid handling equipment solutions while building long-term relationships as a trusted advisor and business partner.

What you will do...

  • Proactively prospect and engage potential customers while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Conduct strategic planning, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare and submit quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals to meet customer requirements
  • Provide expert advice on pump applications, mechanical designs, hydraulics, and pumping systems
  • Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment
  • Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of pump solutions for customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Understanding of pump applications and ability to apply customer requirements
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of sales or sales-related experience, with pump or rental industry experience highly desired
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems required

Pay Range: $75k -$85k estimated 1st year earnings. Base + commission guarantee & uncapped commission.
